Services rendered are non-refundable; however, we are happy to make adjustments to any service within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not pleased with the outcome, please reach out to us to arrange a consultation for a visual assessment of your skin, during which we will strive to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Products purchased both online and in house are non refundable: We do not offer refunds on products, as they cannot be returned to the manufacturer. All product sales are considered final.
